Mobylas reveals the life of a gang of moped fanatics. They are choppers, but they are far from being sophisticated. They work with machines and restoration, but in their own way and in their own universe. With a rock and roll style, customized leather jackets and lots of grease, the members of Tongnhas Mob Club make it clear in all their actions that they came to this world to cause trouble: whether through the shrill noise of their engines and trails of smoke, or through their chaotic lifestyle.
